i'm going to be in san francisco (again) for a week starting tomorrow. yayz!

a ghost from the past

i don't kno if i've mentioned her before, but one of my t.a.s looks like she came straight out of 1980s mainland china RITE after the open door policy. she wears these hideous tapered jeans along with the ugliest shirts i've seen in a while. seriously, most of them are sweaters with horrible patterns that i've seen in photographs of my parents and their friends from the 70s. she has a big puffy mainland mullet that looks like she did herself, and to make it worse, she wears these huge blocky glasses (and they are not socialite chic huge). one might think she was going vintage, but i think that's highly unlikely.

during class she answers the prof's questions that he poses to the class under her breath, but she's not very good at speaking under her breath.

she's more or less useless during quiz section too. half the time it seems like she's learning the material along with us.

i hate her accent in english, so i always speak to her in chinese, so that she won't reply in english, but she still does.

she's a nice person tho.

i'm unfriendly to ugly people and i can't help myself. all i want is for them to stop talking to me.
